Wendy Grace - Wendy trained as an ESL teacher at an intensive course ran by the Department of Education in Korea at Seoul University. For just under two years she taught at a primary school on Jeju Island for a programme designed to bring Native English led language classes to those unable to access private after school programmes. Whilst in Korea she also worked as a private tutor to adults and ran workshop ESL events at Jeju University.
After returning to England Wendy worked in politics for the Shadow Minister of Small Businesses and Enterprises. She helped run and coordinate numerous national campaigns as well as meeting regularly with local businesses, schools and local leaders.
Missing teaching, Wendy returned to Europe - teaching English in Italy and Ukraine, where she was employed as Director of Studies for three years. Her most recent role was teaching Academic English at an NGO funded college in North Kosovo. Through her work in Kosovo Wendy was invited to guest lecture at Lillebaelt Academy in Denmark.
Sam Cooke - Sam enrolled in the intensive CELTA course in 2013. Upon successful completion Sam went on to teach in Taiwan and Vietnam for two years before heading to Ukraine in 2015.
Sam enrolled in Taras Schevchenko University in 2016 for a Masters degree in International Relations. Whilst studying, Sam continued to teach ESL at notable private schools in Kiev, as well as offering one-to-one online guidance to students from all over the globe.
